Leasing Finance Documents

Documents required

PFA (Authorized Natural Persons):

  • Financing application (standard form) and the fact sheet – both in original and signed by the applicant;
  • Copy of the identity card of the applicant and/ or the guarantor;
  • Copies of the incorporation juridical documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Tax Attribute Certificate – stamped and valid for the past 3 months;
  • Practice license and/ or freelance activities license;
  • Declarations of income registered and certified by the Tax Office;
  • Copy of the financial statement filed with and certified by the Tax Office;
  • Copy of the anticipated or estimated income statement for PFA for the current year;
  • Copy of the final total income statement for the previous year;
  • Register of payment and revenue journal register;
  • Signature – specimen of signature of the person authorized with the signing of the leasing contract, endorsed by the specimen of signature given at the bank or in front of a notary public or a lawyer;
  • The approval to check the database of the Bank Risk Central.

LP (Legal Person):

  • Financing application and the fact sheet – signed and in original copy;
  • Identity card of the legal representative of the company and of the person empowered to sign the leasing contract both in copy and original;
  •  The last two annual balance sheets available and certified by ANAF with all the necessary addenda and the synthetic balance sheets required by the law;
  • The last monthly synthetic balance sheet available for the year on which the financing application is filed;
  • Incorporation certificate issued by the Trade Register Office;
  • VAT Registration Number;
  • Updated Articles of Incorporation, the Articles of Association and the Contract of the Company;
  • The Decision of the Administrative Board;
  • The Company Shareholders ‘General Assembly regarding the empowerment of the person assigned to sign the leasing contract or contracts;
  • Specimen of signature of the person or persons assigned and authorized to sign the decision of the Administrative Board, the Decision of the Company Shareholders ‘General Assembly and the leasing contract.
  • The last monthly synthetic balance sheet available for the current year;
  • Incorporation certificate issued by the Trade Register Office;
  • VAT Registration Number;
  • Updated Articles of Incorporation, the Articles of Association and the Contract of the Company;
  • The decision of the Board of Directors/ Decision of the Company Shareholders ‘General Assembly regarding the leasing purchase of the good/ goods and if applicable the power of attorney assigning the person signing the leasing contract/ contracts;
  • Specimen of signature of the person or persons assigned and authorized to sign the decision of the Administrative Board, the Decision of the Company Shareholders ‘General Assembly and the leasing contract, endorsed by the specimen of signature given at the bank or in front of a notary public or a lawyer;
